How credits are earned: any payment ≥ a tier threshold is credited at that tier's effective rate. A 20 XRP deposit credits 1000 pages (Pro rate); 100 XRP credits 10,000 pages (Scale rate). Remainders also credit at the same rate, so there's no waste at tier boundaries.
